We share Becoming Wise approaches in service of individuals and organizations seeking impact, change and solutions for happy people and a healthy planet. We serve this mission.through group facilitation, leader development and organizational effectiveness services
Two decades of international business practice, in-depth research in embodied practical wisdom (phronesis), salient professional experiences in adult learning including graduate instruction and somatic movement processes produce work with a broad and integrated grounding. This work is especially well-suited to cultivating the Becoming Wise capabilities needed to engage with change, uncertainty, complexity and interconnected, multi-faceted issues such as DEI, social responsibility, organizational health and sustainability, and human-environment relations.
Our key stances include deliberate and integrated plurality in methods, systems thinking, dialogue and deep respect for aliveness.
